School Exchanges
Meeting Victor Hugo School (2020)
Just before the lockdown period, we began our first exchanges with pupils from Victor Hugo Primary School in Saint-Nazaire, introducing them to the two schools supported in Madagascar.
Meeting Grignon School (2024)
We visited Grignon Primary School in Basse-Goulaine. The exchange gave pupils an opportunity to discover Madagascar, learn about the association and hear about the two sponsored primary schools.
“One Pencil for One Drawing” Campaign
We launched the “One Pencil for One Drawing” campaign for pupils in Madagascar. Around 90 drawings were collected in France and sent to the two schools we support. For every drawing received, the association donated €1.
Solidarity Christmas Markets
The association takes part in Christmas markets at the end of each year. These events give volunteers an opportunity to showcase Malagasy arts and crafts while raising additional funds for the association. Products sold at the markets are purchased at fair prices from Malagasy artisans during our visits to Madagascar.
